This blog is created the same day President Barak Obama was inaugurated. It is a very new world and that means new rules. We have all witnessed the decline and fall of what I would like to call “the old way of doing things”. That way was based upon the individual achievement, working problems and innovation using a “cranking the handle” method.
Today we pursue excellence using a very different mentality. Instead of me against you and how anyone alone can win, we now think in terms of together, we can be great. Instead of hoarding tangibles, we give them away. Instead of me-follow-you, we are now entering a new era where we build each other and help each other to achieve so much more than we can on our own. We are now in an era were working smart beats working hard.
This is called the knowledge society and this blog is all about how to work knowledge to achieve the type of solutions that are otherwise impossible. It pays off to think of innovation solutions as levels of complexity. To create the solutions that address today’s needs, such as climate, traffic health and many other overwhelming issues, it is necessary to create a whole new way for us to build sustainable and viable solutions.
